Bernardo de Irigoyen
Bernardo de Irigoyen (18 December 1822 27 December 1906) was an Argentine lawyer, diplomat and politician, born in Buenos Aires. He was twice the Minister of Foreign Relations, once the Minister of Interior, and a senator. In 1898 he was elected governor of Buenos Aires Province. He ran for president of Argentina on two occasions (1885 and 1891).
