Miguel Saiz (b. 1949-05-17) is an Argentine politician latterly of the Radical Civic Union (UCR), currently serving as governor of Rio Negro Province.

Saiz studied at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba and became a lawyer. He led the National Register of secured credit and was Vice President of the Caja Forense de Rio Negro and Presidente of the "Sancor" insurance co-operative. In 1983 he became involved in the UCR and became a councillor in General Roca in 1989. In 1991 he was elected mayor of the city, re-elected in 1995 and serving until 1999. He became a provincial deputy in 1999 and was president of the UCR-Frepaso Alliance block.
