Kily Gonzalez
Cristian Alberto Gonzalez Peret, better known as Kily Gonzalez, is an Argentine football player currently playing for San Lorenzo.
Kily Gonzalez made his name at Valencia CF playing with fellow national squad members Roberto Ayala and Pablo Aimar. Along with talents such as Gaizka Mendieta and John Carew, as well as veterans such as Santiago Canizares and Jocelyn Angloma, Valencia reached the final round of UEFA Champions League twice in a row. He was then transferred to Internazionale, where he was largely inconsistent, mainly due to injuries. In July 2006 he said goodbye to Inter and got transferred to Argentina's Rosario Central. On 4 August 2009, Gonzalez joined San Lorenzo.
Kily Gonzalez was highly rated worldwide; in 2001 he was included in UEFAs 'Team of the Year', playing on the left wing. He is known for his upper body strength, fantastic pace, excellent passing and crossing as well as a powerful shot.
