Jose Luis Felix Chilavert Gonzalez is a Paraguayan former football goalkeeper and free kick specialist. He was voted "World's Best Goalkeeper" in 1995, 1997, & 1998, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of football.
