Villa Tehuelches is a village located in the province of Laguna Blanca in the region of Magallanes, with 151 inhabitants. In the territory dominates the Magellanic Pampa, suitable for livestock, it develops the breeding of sheep.
The municipality was created on 30 December 1927 with the name of Morro Chico, renaming reformulation of borders, of agreement, Decree No. 2868, 26.10.1979.
