Manuel Menendez
Manuel Menendez Gorozabel was President of Peru on three occasions, from 1841 to 1842 and twice in two brief periods in August of 1844 and finally on October of 1845.
He assumed the presidency of Peru upon the death of Agustin Gamarra.
