Salchipapas


Salchipapas is a type of fast food that consists of thinly sliced pan-fried beef hot dogs or sausage and French fries, mixed together and served on a plate or in a paper cone, served with different sauces and chili peppers; golf ketchup and mayonnaise; aji, Peruvian chiles; ketchup; mayonnaise, and others). Salchipapas is sometimes served with a savory coleslaw on the side or a fried egg or chesse on the top. There's a variant know as "choripapas" (made with chorizo instead of sausage). It is common fast food in Peru.
