Humitas de choclo
Humitas de choclo is a typical dish of the Amazonas Region in Peru.
Preparation
Grind the sweetcorn and mix it with butter, in the same way tamalitos are prepared. Then take small quantities of the mix and put chicken-meat, cheese and olives in the middle. Sometimes you can use sardine instead of chicken.
Cover it with another portion of mix, tie it with sweetcorn leaves and boil them until the humitas are cooked.
