Platanos rellenos is a typical dish of the Amazonas Region in Peru. To prepare this dish, it is preferred to use the bananas.
Cut the banana along, by the middle of it. Fill it with a stuffing of minced meat with peanut.
Beat the eggs energetically (one egg for each banana) and add flour. Pour this mix on the stuffed banana. Fried bananas, preventing them from browning.
