Club Atletico San Martin de San Juan
Club Atletico San Martin (usually referred as San Martin de San Juan) is a football club from San Juan in Argentina. In the 2008-09 season they play in the B Nacional.
The club previously had only played one season in the Argentine top flight. They played in the National championship of 1970 but they finished bottom of their group after winning only four of their 20 games.
The 2006-2007 season saw San Martin gain promotion to the Primera Division when they beat Club Atletico Huracan 3-2 on aggregate in the playoff for the second automatic promotion place; scoring an equalising goal at the end of the second half. The winning goal, that gave them the promotion, came eight minutes into injury time.

History
This is the first time a football team from San Juan has competed in the Primera Division Argentina. The team is playing friendly matches between the players of the first team and the reserve at Instituto Santisima Virgen Nina.
