Lucas Trecarichi (born February 12 1991 in Beccar is an Argentinian footballer. Trecarichi plays for Sevilla Atletico and can operate in midfield centre or on the left wing. He already played for Argentina's U-17 squad. He also holds a Spanish passport. He was reported to say he does not want to be dubbed 'The new Lionel Messi' as he aims to make a name for himself. "When they compare me with Messi it is too much" he stated. "Hopefully, I'll get to be like him but I want to be Lucas because nobody is going to match Messi's game."
