Fun People is a melodic hardcore band formed in Argentina in 1989 by Sebastian Garay, Julian Pogiese, Carlos A.K.A "Nekro" Rodriguez (also known as "Boom Boom Kid"), and Lucas Sequeira. The band was originally named "Anesthesia" as a tribute to Cliff Burton and his song "anesthesia pulling teeth", which now is the name of their first album. They renamed themselves "Fun People" following legal problems with their original name. Fun People toured Europe in 2000 but disbanded the same year, and the band members are currently in solo careers:
Carlos "Nekro" Rodriguez (Fun People's singer) started his solo career as Boom Boom Kid.
Carlos "Gori" Loncharich (Fun People's guitar), created a new band called Fantasmagoria (in which he also became a singer).
