Paul Capdeville
Paul Gerard Capdeville Castro is a Chilean tennis player. His last name means "head of the city" in Occitan.
Capdeville was born in Santiago, Chile. On November 5, 2007, he achieved a career-high singles ranking of 99.
At the 2006 French Open, Capdeville had a shoving incident with Mario Ancic, at the end of his second round match. The two players had to be separated by the chair umpire. Ancic and Capdeville were each fined US$3,000 for the incident.
Capdeville's best International Series tournament performances came at Memphis (2006) and Washington (2007), reaching the quarters of each.
