Gerardo Sofovich


Gerardo Sofovich (born on 18 March 1937 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine businessman, impresario, TV host actor, comedian, scriptwriter, and film director.

He was the producer Polemica en el bar and La noche del Domingo, two of the most popular Argentine television programs of the 1970s and '80s. Sofovich also hosted A la manera de Sofovich and Sin Limite SMS, broadcast on Canal 9.

His late brother Hugo Sofovich had a similar career as a film director and theater impresario.
