Susana Gimenez
Susana Gimenez, nee Maria Susana Gimenez Aubert is an Argentine actress and diva. Gimenez started her career as a scantily-clad model in a soap commercial and went on to achieve fame as a vedette with the legendary Nelida Roca, also as a film actress, and TV hostess and producer.
Gimenez is the host of a highly-rated television variety show in Argentina, similar in format to those of Veronica Castro (in Mexico) and Raffaella Carra (in Italy and Spain). Gimenez entered the Guinness Book of Records because she gave away more than five million dollars in one of her shows . In 1997 she received the Golden Martin Fierro Award for her show.
In October, 2003, Gimenez was involved in a much-publicized situation when singer Julio Iglesias kissed her on the mouth repeatedly during a live broadcast.
