Luis Favre

Luis Favre or Luiz Favre is the nom-de-guerre of Felipe Belisario Wermus . He was, as a young man, an Argentinian union militant and member of Politica Obrera. Later (in the early 1970s) he moved to France and became a leading member of the Internationalist Communist Organisation (OCI), a Trotskyist party in France, working especially in its international department with responsibility for Latin America. He moved to live in Brazil to set up a Latin American Bureau of the Lambertist international current.
