Fernando Cuellar , is a Peruvian football player.
He was a defender and mainly played in Universitario de Deportes in the 1970's. He also played in national Peruvian soccer team.
Also, he has been a successful trainer, Cuellar leads to San Agustin ( a very small club from Lima) to win the Peruvian Championship (called "Descentralizado") in 1986 and with Universitario de Deportes repeated that success in 1990.
