Jennipher Bortolas Vargas is a beauty pageant titleholder. She was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and grew up in San Cristobal, Tachira state, Venezuela. Bortolas won the Miss Tachira 2008 title in a state pageant held in San Cristobal, Venezuela on June 10, 2008. She subsequently competed in the Miss Venezuela 2008 pageant on September 10, 2008 and was one of 10 contestants to reach the semifinals. .
Bortolas competed in the Sambil Model / Miss Earth Venezuela 2009 pageant on June 12, 2009, in Margarita Island, Venezuela, when she won the title of Sambil Model San Cristobal .
