Medellin Cartel
Norte del Valle Cartel
It sometimes also refers to other, lesser-known criminal organizations:

Bogota Cartel
Santander de Quilichao Cartel

The Guerilla organisation FARC restricts the production of cocaine through it's farming taxation system. Columbian President Alvaro Uribe Velez has accussed FARC of funding itself through the drug trade.
