Juan Carlos Ortiz Escobar
Juan Carlos Ortiz Escobar aka Cuchilla (blade) was a Colombian drugdealer prominent member of the Cali Cartel. Ortiz-Escobar is nephew of former Medellin Cartel boss Pablo Escobar. Ortiz-Escobar surrendered to Colombian authorities on March, 1996 to take advantage of a "reduction of sentence" in exchange of turning themselves to justice and declare themselves guilty.
