Juan David Ochoa
The Medellin Cartel, the single most successful drug trafficking Cartel in Colombia and possibly in South America, was run by six men named Pablo Escobar, three brothers- Jorge, Fabio, and Juan Ochoa, Jose Gonzalo Rodriguez Gacha, and Carlos Lehder. The Medellin Cartel was actually founded by Juan David Ochoa Vasquez. The Medellin Cartel supposedly formed in 1978 when Carlos Lehder purchased a small island in the Bahamas called "Norman's Cay." Those were the six men that attended.
