Pisca Andina
Pisca Andina is a light chicken brew, mixed with diced potatoes, carrots, eggs, ground pepper and other ingredients, sometimes including milk. It is part of traditional breakfasts in the Venezuelan Andes. Chickens, potatoes and eggs are common ingredients in the mountains, and soups are a welcome source of warmth during the cold evenings and nights.
