Eloy Palacios
Eloy Palacios was born in Maturin, Monagas, Venezuela on June 27, 1847 into one of the richest Eastern families. These circumstances, as well as his natural talent, allowed him to be sent to study in Germany at the age of 10, and polish his artistic talent that would eventually bring him fame in Europe and Latin America.
