Jose de Obaldia
Jose Vicente Arcenio de Obaldia y Orejuela was a Neogranadine statesmen and lawyer, who served as President of the Republic of the New Granada in two occasions between 1851-1852 and 1854-1855. He was also a key figure in the Panamanian struggle for independence and his son Jose Domingo de Obaldia became President of Panama.
