Carlos Espinola (sailor)

Carlos Mauricio Espinola is an Argentine windsurfer.

Nicknamed Camau, Espinola started training at the Club Nautico de La Totora in his home province, to obtain his first achievement of importance, a silver medal, during the Pan American Games held in 1991 in La Habana. In the following games, held in Mar del Plata in 1995, Espinola obtained the golden medal.

A year later he received the silver medal at the 1996 Olympics held in Atlanta; medal he would get also in Sydney the following Olympic Games. In 1998, he get the golden medal in the European windsurf Championship held in ...
