Trolmerida

The Trolmerida is a combination bus rapid transit and funicular system that serves Merida, Venezuela and surrounding communities.

Route 1

The first 14 of a planned 33 stationed trolley bus route were inaugurated on June 18th 2007. This route serves Ejido and Merida.

The following stations are in full operation:

La Parroquia (Proposed Route 2 Transfer point)

La Mara

Route 1 construction continues on the following stations:

This route is in the planning stages and is expected to be 12 km long with 3 common stations alongside or crossing route 1

This 3km route will connect the community Chama to a Merida trolley bus station.
