Guillermo Meneses born in Caracas, December 15, 1911, and died in Porlamar, Nueva Esparta, December 29, 1978, venezuelan writer, playwright,journalist was the author of La Balandra Isabel llego esta tarde and Campeones among many other writings, They were his parents Olegario Meneses and Matilde Amitesarove, he attended primary schoolin the Chaves school and the San Pablo institute, and the high school in San Ignacio de Loyola school of Caracas. His passion for literature was expressed from an early age, collaborating as a writer in Elite magazine since(1930).
