Fabio Liverani is an Italian footballer for ACF Fiorentina of Serie A. He plays in the role of midfielder, is 175 cm tall and weighs 73 kg.
Liverani, born from a Somali mother and an Italian father, made his professional debut with Viterbese of Serie C2 in 1996/97. However, it was on Perugia, where he moved on 2000/2001, that Liverani showed all his potential, and soon became the first person of African origin to represent Italy, making his debut with the azzurri in a friendly match against South Africa.
