Gabriel Monasterio
Gabriel Monasterio is a professional soccer player (futbolista), captain of the DAG Los Dogos in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Born September 20, 1976, in Buenos Aires, he attended the Instituto Romero Brest I.N.E.F., Instituto Nacional de Educacion Fisica, Profesorado de Educacion Fisica, all in Buenos Aires, studying with soccer masters Anselmi, Lentini, others. He joined the DAG Los Dogos in 1998 and has competed with the team nationally, as part of the AFA Argentina (Argentine Football Association), and internationally in Cologne, Germany, and Santiago, Chile. In September, 2007, the DAG Los Dogos won the IGLFA World Cup in the Division I finals against Great Britain's Stonewall team. Gabriel Monasterio is also on the faculty of the Club Atletico de San Telmo in Buenos Aires.
