Eduardo Orrego Villacorta
Eduardo Orrego Villacorta, was a Peruvian architect and politician in the early 1980's.
Eduardo Orrego was born in Chiclayo, Sep,12 1933. He studied architecture in Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria (UNI).
He was the mayor of Lima from 1981 to 1983. He died in Lima on 23th July 1994.
