Alvaro Mejia Castrillon
Alvaro Mejia Castrillon is a Colombian former road bicycle racer. He won the Maillot blanc in 1991 Tour de France and finished fourth in the 1993 Tour de France. He also won other stage races like Volta a Catalunya, Vuelta a Murcia, Route du Sud and Vuelta a Galicia.
