Jorge Olguin is a young Chilean director of horror films. Until now he has released two films (Angel Negro and Eternal Blood) and is in the pre-production of two features films, ''and its debut in Hollywood Clock Tower.
Angel Negro'' was a student film, Olguin filmed it while it studied cinema in the University with only a budget of $25,000. This film was released in the commercial theaters in 2000 with great box-office and a mediatic event in Chile by its unusual advertising campaign.
