El Escalpelo
Weekly newspaper published in Spanish in 1933 by Ramon Gomez Portillo (1908-1948) the first journalist who lived in Ocana, North of Santander, Colombia.
El Escalpelo dealt with commentaries and critics about the local government and some events in the town.
