Eight or so years ago I found a painting in a junk store in near Aiken, South Carolina, USA. It had no frame, basically tossed to the side. It seemed exceptional to me so I bought it for a few dollars. I have recently pulled the piece out of my closet and decided i would find out who painted the piece. After some quick research i suspect that i have an early Cattase. It is signed and dated 1968. The back has a mark that says CHOLGUAN 384- 293 FABRICATION CHILLEN. How do i go about finding out if this painting is a Cattase , how to take care of it and also it's value? Thanks Lori Pack
