How to get between Jorge Newbury & Ministro Airports

Hi
I will be arriving in BA in a few months and was wondering how long it will take to get between the two airports Jorge Newbury & Ministro.
At this stage I only have 2 plus hours from touchdown at JN to take off at Ministro...will that be enough time..?
What is the distance between the two and is there a bus/train running between the two airports that i could take..?
If not how much could i expect to pay for a taxi.
Also how much for a taxi or bus into the city from both airports.
