Jose Ruperto Monagas
Jose Ruperto Monagas (1831 - June 12 1880) was elected President of Venezuela for the period of 1869-1870. Also, he was a son of Jose Tadeo Monagas.
Jose Ruperto Monagas was born in Aragua de Barcelona, Anzoategui, Venezuela, 1831, soldier and politician, son of Jose Tadeo Monagas and Luisa Oriach, was elected president in 1870, but was not ratified by Congress. Like representative of Maturin, signed the Constitution of April 1857.
