ESLARED
ESLARED, or the Fundacion Escuela Latinoamericana de Redes, is a Venezuela-based organisation that trains computer engineers in the design, installation, management and administration of academic computer networks.
It is located in Merida, Venezuela, and is credited with having provided high-level training in information and communication technologies in diverse professions, since 1992.
It is known for organising a training event called the WALC. This draws on highly-qualified instructors from Latin America, North America and Europe.
