The Long-furred Woolly Mouse Opossum (Micoureus demerarae), known locally as the Cuica, is a South American marsupial of the family Didelphidae. Its range includes Colombia, Venezuela, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, Brazil, and eastern Paraguay.
