Taapaca
Taapaca, also known as Nevados de Putre, is a complex volcano located in the northernmost portion of Chile. The summits of Taapaca tower above the picturesque town of Putre.
Taapaca was a ceremonial site for the Inca people and it is partially contained within the boundaries of Lauca National Park.
