Nelson Acosta
Nelson Acosta Lopez, nicknamed Pelado & Mouse Acosta (Bald Acosta), is a former Uruguayan football player. He became a nationalized Chilean in 1984 and is currently a football coach.
He managed the national team of Chile from 1996 to 2001, leading them to the 1998 FIFA World Cup. He took over Bolivia in 2004, but failed badly and returned to coach Chile in 2005. In July 2007 Acosta resigned from coaching the Chilean national team soon after the Copa America held in Venezuela.
