Fernando Vergara


Luis Fernando Vergara Meyland is a former Chilean football forward, who was nicknamed El Zamorano de los Pobres during his career.

Vergara obtained a total number of six caps for the Chilean national team, scoring three goals between 1996 and 1997. Vergara made his debut on 1996-10-09 in a World Cup Qualifier against Paraguay. Later on he became a football manager.
