Alex von Schwedler is a Chilean football (soccer) defender of German Descent, who currently plays for Alki Larnaca FC in the Cypriot First Division.

He debuted with Universidad de Chile in 1999, also has played for Chile national football team in 4 times debuting in 2000 and also for Red Bull Salzburg, SV Pasching, Bari and C.S. Maritimo.
