Oscar Carmelo Sanchez

Oscar Carmelo Sanchez was a Bolivian sweeper who played for the Bolivia national football team in the 1994 FIFA World Cup held in the United States. Born in Cochabamba, he was capped 78 times by Bolivia and scored 6 goals, he was the captain of the national team several times. He used to play for Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy in Argentina from 1997 until 2000, playing 62 games and scoring 13 goals. He also played for Independiente, The Strongest, and Bolivar.
