Jessica Anne Jordan Burton , Miss Bolivia 2007, has been crowned Reina Internacional del Cafe 2008. She is the only child born to an English father and a Bolivian mother. Her father is a petroleum engineer. His career required the family to move around a lot. Along with Bolivia, Jessica has lived in Scotland, England and Brazil.
