Jose Maria Freire
Jose Maria Freire was the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare of Argentina under President Juan Peron. Though the Ministry had an extremely important role in Peron's presidency, Freire had little to no part in it. Juan's First Lady and the Spiritual Leader of the Nation, the de facto Co-President of Argentina, Eva Peron, ran the entire ministry.
