CATA Linea Aerea
CATA Linea Aerea was an airline based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It operates domestic flights, including scheduled, charter and specialist services. Its main base is Moron Airport (MXV), with hubs at Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE), Buenos Aires, Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP), Buenos Aires, Almirante Marco Andres Zar Airport (REL) in Trelew, and Ingeniero Aeronautico Ambrosio L.V. Taravella International Airport (COR) in Cordoba.
History
The airline was established and started operations in 1986. It is wholly owned by Grupo Pesquera ICS Argentina. Its bankcruptcy was declared by court on March 28, 2008
