Angel Cappa is a former Argentine footballer who most recently worked as the manager of Huracan.
Cappa played for Olimpo de Bahia Blanca in the 1960s and 1970s. Following his retirement as a player he took up coaching. He worked as assistant manager to Cesar Luis Menotti in FC Barcelona (1984), C.A. Penarol (1985) and Boca Juniors (1987), as well as, for Jorge Valdano with CD Tenerife (1992-94) and Real Madrid (1994-96) before becoming a head coach in his own right.
His team at Huracan was especially lauded for their good attractive, attacking play during the Clausura 2009 tournament ,wich was known as "tiki-tiki" . Following the tournament two of the key players in his team, Javier Pastore and Matias De Federico left the club, wich put in evidence his real ability as a coach, wich is actually none. The following season Huracan struggled near the bottom of the league and Cappa resigned, through his blog, in November after the 15th round of fixtures.
